following up with the literary theme... you might want to check out Writeous Sister, Aaminah Hernandez
Moorish Girl (Who seems more interested in Middle Eastern/Arab literary topics than things specifically religious)
Brother Dasham at Muslimpoet.com
and the folks at Rendering Islam
(all either on my blogroll in my links area) to check out what Muslims are doing on the cultural front.

i wish their were more muslim latino blogs. i've found quite a few muslim-latino pages but only blog i've found is yours. =(
You are telling me...lol...
Which are the pages you've found? Are there any which aren't already in my links section?
Actually, on the blogroll there is hasan al-mu'min but he hasn't blogged in a long time (which really makes me sad).
And then a few others are sort of in that ballpark: there is aaminah hernandez but she says she's irish and native. (to be honest, I'm not sure where hernandez comes from) and then abdul-rahim borges who apparently knows spanish and touches on some hispanic/latino topics but I'm not sure how he identifies. And then there is ideant, by ulises mejias, who seems to be a latino muslim but doesn't necessarily emphasize it in his blog.
I figured that I would cast a wide net with my blogroll in terms of interests (partly in the hope that people would reciprocate) but then some time down the line when I have a clearer more focused idea I might change certain aspects.
Thanks for the continued interest though.
Peace
Abdul-Halim
