Everyone has their sacred cows. And if anyone or any society is going to wave the banner of free speech it is important that all members have the right to push those boundaries.
On the other hand, if we are going to say that certain issues are "sacred" and shouldn't be touched because they offend certain sensibilities, then we should recognize some kind of right to not be offended across the board.
